Shipping policy

Shipping options and charges for physical products are shown at checkout, based on the items in your basket and your delivery address. Please review the available option and total cost before placing your order.

For deliveries outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the carrier or local authorities. Unless explicitly stated as included at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility. Customs clearance may also delay delivery.

Our A Creative Endeavour Every Day Book is a pre-order, currently estimated to ship at the end of 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We’ll let you know if that estimate changes.

The Parachute Shopper is handmade to order, so it may need additional production time before dispatch. If you order it with another physical item, the items may be dispatched separately.

The Sun Pendant Lamp Shade is a digital download. No physical lamp shade is shipped; the download link is provided after purchase, as described on the product page.

Once a physical order has been dispatched, any tracking details available for that shipment will be provided. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact us at supply@acre.studio with your order number so we can look into it.
